• It is recommended to use a deaerator on the condensate tank for all systems where water remains circulated for 15 minutes or more, which is sufficient time for dissolution of oxygen and corrosive gases.

• Akkaya Boilers manufactures 2 types of deaerators. These are SSD type compact deaerator and TDG type thermal deaerator.

• AKK – SSD type (spray – scrubber) Spray type compact deaerators are preferred with their compact structure and easy operating features. It is a highly efficient gas removal system with the water spray system placed on the condensate tank and the steam injection heating system inside the tank.

• AKK-TDG thermal deaerators consist of a deaerator dome and a deaerator tank. There is a serpentine steam heater in the deaerator tank. The deaerator dome, which will perform mechanical separation, is mounted on this tank. Water is pumped from the condensate tank to the deaerator tank with a separate pump. Condensate tank – deaerator tank – deaerator dome and deaerator pump station are the main components.

• Akkaya deaerator systems; It is offered as a package with pressure reducing station, pump group, thermostatic valve group and other accessories.

• Deaerator systems of various capacities are manufactured according to the boiler capacities to be selected.

• It is shipped with long-lasting insulation that minimizes heat losses.

• Production in accordance with PED2014 / 68 CE directives.

• Welding check of our boilers is carried out with non-destructive testing (NDT) within the scope and ratios specified in EN Norms.

• Our welded productions are carried out by certified welders according to approved WPS and WPQRs. MIG-MAG and SMAW welding techniques are applied during production in accordance with the norms.
